Quote of the Day

"The statistics on sanity are that one out of every four Americans is suffering from some form of mental illness. Think of your three best friends. If they're okay, then it's you."

Real Albertan Now

Well, I feel like an official Albertan now. Bought my first pair of Sorels. And a long down jacket. Folks it's all about keeping warm.

Georgette Fry at The Yardbird Suite

georgettefry2005.jpg

Marshall and I had a great time going to see Georgette Fry at The Yardbird Suite on Friday. George can belt out a good bump-and-grind like the best of them and we took advantage by dancing up a storm. It was fun reminiscing about good times in Kingston except for the cloud of homesickness that's been following me around since. Maybe we'll head back next summer for a visit.

UPDATE: Tracy Kolenchuk took some great photos from Saturday Night. Check them out at: http://www.pbase.com/tracyk/2005_12_03_georgette_fry.
